Dbrand has opened reservations for its Switch 2 Killswitch case today, and we’ve just got an extensive new look at the upcoming case. Shipping is expected to align with the launch of Nintendo’s new flagship console on June 5th, and there’s a £3/$3 reseveration fee to pay (credited towards the final purchase).

Dbrand, one of the first manufacturers to leak Switch 2 details, has been teasing its new Killswitch case since Nintendo officially revealed the Switch successor in January. Now, with “over 100,000 users” on the waitlist, according to Dbrand, the wait appears to be over.
Following its previous releases for the Steam Deck and ROG Ally, the Switch 2 Killswitch looks to Dbrand’s focus on ergonomics, drop protection, and modular accessories. The case will feature an impact-resistant polycarbonate shell with a rubberized grip, designed to improve handheld comfort and reduce strain during extended play sessions.
